If you have any questions, at any time, drop me a line at gm@glenmarie.com.au

Step 1: Questionnaire

This will help me get to know you to make our meetings as effective and smooth as possible.

Step 2: Booking form & Deposit

Confirm dates and contact information in the booking form below. And it's time to settle the deposit payment.

Send your deposit as a bank transfer to:

Account Name Glen-Marie Frost

BSB  302963

ACCT  0130213

Step 3: If it's to be legal, there will be PAPERWORK

Let's get the legals out of the way. The first step is to fill out a “Notice of Intended Marriage”. Note: don’t complete the back page 4 until we meet.

This Notice must be lodged with me one month before the wedding date, however soonest is preferable.

Be sure to bring your ID and proof of date and birth to our meeting for me to view. I'll also go over all of the other requirements with you in detail.

If you’ve been previously married, there are some additional documents I will need to view.

Need more help with the wedding?

I can assist with planning and styling of your event and even MC to help you ensure the other aspects of your celebration run smoothly and professionally. I'll bring my large-scale event experience to you!

If this interests you, just ask me about it next time we chat.

Step 4: Wedding Kit

Head over to my Pinterest page for all the information I have gathered to help you with your planning including example ceremonies, readings, music and much more.

Step 5: Creating the ceremony

We'll schedule time to meet and/or speak about your wishes for the ceremony.

Once all of your thoughts and ideas have been discussed, I supply a first draft which we will use as a starting point for your ceremony.

For legally binding ceremonies, there will be a portion of the wording that is required by law to solemnize the marriage.

I’m happy to keep making modifications along the way. We will aim to complete the final draft two weeks before the wedding.

We will make this a happy relaxed experience so that your ceremony reflects your personalities, ideals, beliefs and cultural values.

Getting it right down to the last tiny detail is every bit as important to me as it is to you.

Step 6: Final Payment

It's time to settle up!

And then it's time to celebrate!

Step 7: at the venue

REHEARSAL

The rehearsal is an integral part of the process. I highly recommend a rehearsal at the venue as it also provides the opportunity for choreography and for the bridal party and family to bond and feel relaxed before the big day.  It is also great for us to go over the paperwork for the ceremony so you are familiar with it.

If your photographer or video team can be there, I will be able to brief them. If not, I meet with them at least one hour before your ceremony.

I will bring my own microphone and PA system if required. If there is a wedding planner or onsite A/V team, the rehearsal is a great time to work with them to ensure everything is ready to go. Otherwise this will happen on the day. Of course, we will do a final check just before we kick off.

It's time!

It's finally here! Now it’s YOUR day. We are organised so there will be no surprises, however I’m never fazed by the unexpected. I will keep you calm and centered as you make your vows.

The most important aspect of the day is that you and your wedding party are ready to enjoy this most memorable occasion. And it will be !

If we have signed documents, following the ceremony I’ll forward all legal documentation to Births, Deaths and Marriages within fourteen days of the wedding.
