Step 1: Questionnaire

This will help me get to know you to make our meetings as effective and smooth as possible

Step 2: Booking form & Deposit

Confirm dates and contact information and pay your deposit.

STEP 3: CREATING THE CEREMONY

We will schedule time to go through your questionnaire and create a ceremony that is fitting for this celebration.

Need help with the planning?

I can assist with planning and styling of your event and even MC to help you ensure the other aspects of your celebration run smoothly and professionally. I'll bring my large-scale event experience to you.

Step 4: Final Payment

Pay your final deposit.

And then it's time to celebrate!

Step 5: At the venue

Rehearsal

The rehearsal is an integral part of the process. I highly recommend a rehearsal at the venue as it also provides the opportunity for choreography and for everyone to feel as relaxed as possible during the event.  

If your photographer or video team can be there, I will be able to brief them. If not, I meet with them at least one hour before your ceremony.

It's Time!

It's finally time! We are organised so there will be no surprises, however I’m never fazed by the unexpected. I will keep everyone calm and centered as we go through the ceremony.

The most important aspect of the day is that you and your guests are ready to enjoy this most memorable occasion.
